Switch Exchange Plan Program is a value-added service provided to the new device that allows you to get a one-to-one replacement for the same capacity and functional device to maximize your digital life satisfaction.

  • Subscriber who purchases the device from any Switch offline stores / online platform and registers for the service on the spot
  • Subscribers who are aged 18 years old and above

Exchange request fee is a fee payable upon acceptance of the device exchange service request. You can pay the exchange request fee at the Switch store.

The service tenure will be 12 months which starts from your application date

  • Walk into any Switch store nationwide to request the service
  • Provides your personal details and the device’s IMEI no.
  • Once the request has been accepted, you will be advised to make payment on the exchange request fee

There are no supporting documents required for the service request

No, the exchange should be based on your original device specification and there should not be any upgrade.

  • There will be 12 months warranty from the date that the customer exchanges to a Brand-New Device provided by the manufacturer.
  • If the device has any malfunction without any external factor, the customer needs to proceed to the original manufacturer of the device for warranty service
