Switch Exchange Plan Program is a value-added service provided to the new device that allows you to get a one-to-one replacement for the same capacity and functional device to maximize your digital life satisfaction.

- Subscriber who purchases the device from any Switch offline stores / online platform and registers for the service on the spot
- Subscribers who are aged 18 years old and above

Exchange request fee is a fee payable upon acceptance of the device exchange service request. You can pay the exchange request fee at the Switch store.

The service tenure will be 12 months which starts from your application date
