If you missed a scheduled payment, we will charge you an administration fee and freeze your account until the outstanding amounts are paid.

To reactivate your account, we will charge a $50 fee. If this reactivation fee and instalment is not paid within seven days, an additional $25 fee will be charged. In Singapore, the maximum administrative fee is capped at $150 per transaction.

Your account will be frozen and you will be required to pay all outstanding amounts due plus an administrative fee:
Days Past Date: 2 Days – $50 charged Days Past Date: 8 Days – $25 charged

Important Reminder: If you pay through PayNow or Bank Transfer, there would be a delay for matching your repayment to your outstanding balance. During this time, your total outstanding balance may be auto-debited from your nominated account if there is sufficient balance. To use the service, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age
  2. Currently reside in Singapore
  3. Have a mobile phone number registered under your SingPass with your telco
  4. Own a credit or debit card that will be used to pay for your purchases on Atome

Shop with Switch and choose Atome as your preferred payment method at checkout. Make your first repayment (one-third of your bill) with your credit or debit card at the time of purchase and the rest over the next two months in two equal interest-free instalments. It’s that easy.

We know it’s hard to believe, but there really isn’t one. The only cost that you might incur (apart from the price of your purchase) is a fixed late repayment fee that never snowballs.

Atome is a free service: there are no hidden service fees or interest charges if you pay all your scheduled instalments on time. That said, the merchant you’re shopping with may charge you additional fees for using Atome to pay – that’s between you and the merchant you’re buying goods from.

It depends on each merchant’s return and refund policy. As long as the merchant agrees to the refund, we’ll immediately process your refund.
If you receive a full refund, any unpaid instalments will be cancelled , and the amount already charged will be refunded. For example, if you’ve made your first repayment, we’ll cancel the two other instalments and you’ll also get your first instalment refunded.
With a partial refund, refund amounts are taken off your next scheduled instalment first. For example, if you bought two items that cost $45 each and paid your first instalment of $30, you will receive a partial refund of $45. Your third instalment will be cancelled and you’ll only pay $15 for your second instalment. Any excess balance will be refunded to your debit or credit card.

Two items: $90 (30 x 3 instalments)
Partial refund: $45
Amount due: $45
First instalment = $30
Second instalment = $30 (-$15)
Third instalment = $30 (cancelled)

Your Atome account will be updated to reflect the full or partial refund under the “Bills” tab.

Under normal circumstances, no, but if you are facing technical difficulties or other problems that prevent you from paying on time, though, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can provide you with the support that you need.

Pay Later allows you to split up your purchase into 3 interest free instalment payments with our participating merchants. You have the option to pay for your purchase with a credit or debit card in 3 equal payments. You will make the payments every month directly to LatitudePay using your card. There is no interest or fees to use this service if you follow the automated payment schedule.

When using LatitudePay in 3 instalments, the first payment is charged when the merchant confirms your order, the next 2 payments are automatically charged every month over a 2 month period.

  1. Use your own valid debit or credit card to pay (no prepaid cards).
  2. There are no interest charges with LatitudePay in 3 instalments, and no fees when you follow your automatic payment schedule.
  3. If you return your goods we will automatically reduce the amount you owe us. If you already paid us for a refunded order, we will refund the balance back to your original payment method.

When using LatitudePay in 3 instalments, you must:

  1. be a Singaporean Citizen, Permanent Resident, EP or S Pass holders;
  2. be at least 18 years old;
  3. have an email address;
  4. have a Singapore mobile number;
  5. have a Singapore address; and
  6. have a valid credit card or debit card issued in Singapore.

LatitudePay in 3 interest-free instalments is an alternative to traditional credit and does not constitute a lending facility. This means no interest, meaning you will never pay more than the amount of your purchase!

To use the service, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age
  2. Currently reside in Singapore
  3. Have a mobile phone number registered under your SingPass with your telco
  4. Own a credit or debit card that will be used to pay for your purchases on LatitudePay

The first payment will be charged when your order is placed. The remaining two payments will be automatically charged monthly. You can directly access your payment schedule in the LatitudePay app or via the Consumer Portal. The payment schedule is also sent via email and a reminder will be sent in advance of each scheduled due date.

Yes. LatitudePay will send you a payment reminder by email and push notification two days before payment is due.

Grab users who are eligible for PayLater should be

1. 21 years and older
2. Platinum, Gold or Silver GrabRewards tier member, and
3. Have used either cash, credit or debit card for at least 3 Grab transactions in the recent months.

If you’re eligible for PayLater, you’ll be able to activate it in-app, or simply launch your Grab app, tap on Payments, tap on Enjoy Now and Pay Later under Explore GrabPay.

If you don’t see the PayLater option, unfortunately you are unable to use this service just yet. All approvals are subject to Grab's internal review.

An easy way to track if you’re earning GrabRewards points for your selected Grab payment method is to check it during the checkout flow. GrabRewards points is awarded for every PayLater Postpaid transaction.

    PayLater is a free service with no upfront fees charged or any interest accrued.
