What does pre-order means?
Pre-order means confirmed order for a new device that has not yet been released. It also means the new device will be dispatched from the release date.
I am interested in the product. How do I place my order?
You can place your order by paying in full.
How long does it take for me to receive my new product?
Once you place your order during the pre-order period starting 12th September 2025, you can collect it from 19th September 2025 onwards, depending on stock availability. You will receive a call from our outlet once your item is ready for collection.
Will I get confirmation of my pre-order?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email once you place your pre-order at our online store. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your Spam folder in case emails from Switch were routed there. If you are still unable to locate it, you may email us at feedback@switch.sg or message us at https://m.me/switchplus.sg (available daily from 9am to 6pm).
What should I bring when picking up my pre-order at a Switch outlet?
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your pre-order. All pre-order items must be picked up in-store for activation, where our team will assist with setup to ensure a seamless experience.
What is the maximum number of units I can pre-order?
Each customer may pre-order up to 2 units per order. Switch reserves the right to cancel and refund any orders that exceed this limit or involve multiple orders under the same name.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?
No. Once you have placed the order, you may not cancel nor modify it. No refund will be entertained.
