• The ‘iPhone 16, Now at $0’ promotion, also known as the ‘iPhone On Us’ Promotion (the “Promotion”) is applicable for customers with Port-in or recontract on Bespoke Flexi plan with unlimited data, 600 mins and 100 SMS. Monthly subscription of $79.95 for iPhone 16 Pro Max, 256GB or $74.95 for iPhone 16 Pro, 256GB, or $69.95 for iPhone 16 Plus, 128GB or $64.95 for iPhone 16, 128GB, includes Monthly Device Payment Period of 36 months. Under this Promotion, customers may trade-in eligible handsets to offset against the purchase of a new iPhone 16 Pro Max, 256GB or iPhone 16 Pro, 256GB or iPhone 16 Plus, 128GB or iPhone 16, 128GB at the point of sign-up or recontract and will not be exchangeable for cash.
• Promotion is not transferable and is only valid on the Port-in or re-contracting line which the handset is purchased with.
• Promotion is limited to one redemption per Port-in or re-contract.

• M1 reserves the right to refuse any customer’s eligibility for the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion without liability to such customer whatsoever.
• Customers must choose 36 months payment term for the outstanding device balance upon sign up or recontract. The term cannot be altered thereafter. In these Terms and Conditions, “Monthly Payment” refers to payment due each month. The Monthly Payment will be charged to your monthly M1 bill.
• Temporary suspension of the Bespoke Flexi plan under this Promotion prior to completing the full term is not allowed for any reason whatsoever and howsoever arising, including without limitation, losing possession of the mobile device.
• Customers on this Promotion plan are not allowed to modify local data and minutes entitlement of their plan during the 36 months term.
• If customers were to terminate or renew their plan to another eligible plan before completing the 36 months term, customers shall make full payment of their current device outstanding balance (the monthly payment x remaining term) and any handset discount recovery charges (if applicable).
• All charges are subject to change in accordance with the prevailing GST rate.
• Any other contract which the customer may have with M1 or any other entity within the M1 Group shall continue to remain valid, unless otherwise agreed by M1 or the relevant M1 entity.
• M1 reserves the right to amend or vary any of these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion with or without prior notice to you. M1 will, where it is practicable to do so, give customers advance notice (which may be through written notice, electronic mail, letters, M1 website, bills or such other forms as M1 deems appropriate) of such changes.
• All services are subject to M1 registration guidelines, General Terms and Conditions and other applicable specific terms and conditions available at https://www.m1.com.sg. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms, such conflict or inconsistency shall, in the absence of any express agreement to the contrary, be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws.
